Jeff Kossick is a co-founder and partner with Flynn, Kossick & Associates, Inc. (FK&A), the premier strategic marketing, business development, education and training, and executive staffing organization serving the public sector IT vendor community from its headquarters in Sacramento, California. FK&A is dedicated to serving both business and government with a focus on information technology investment, management, procurement and oversight.
Mr. Kossick has over 34 years of experience in enterprise solution sales, sales management and executive roles in both Sales and Marketing to the Public Sector.
Mr. Kossick enjoyed a 10 year successful sales career with the Xerox Corporation which included account sales, new product specialization, and sales management. Regularly winning Par Club sales status, he achieved President’s Club many times during his tenure at Xerox.
In 1984 Mr. Kossick took charge of Hewlett-Packard’s sales efforts into the State of California. His activities included creation, deployment, and management of HP’s IT engagements at the state. His strategic and tactical solution sales focus has provided HP the ability to win some very significant IT contracts with the State of California including CMAS, CSSI, and MSA’s. He held a variety of positions in sales while with HP including Enterprise Account Manager, Client Business Manager, and Western Region Manager. Mr. Kossick continues to be an active leader in many public/private sector Advisory Boards within the State of California including their CIO Academy and Government Technology Conference. His public sector industry experience and relationships are regularly applied in his consulting practice. Mr. Kossick holds two Bachelor of Science Degrees, one from Arizona State University in Business and one from the Thunderbird School of International Management in International Business. |
